  • 1 litre milk
  • 75 gram semolina
  • 41 gm caster sugar
  • 25 gm butter (maybe 30gm for skinny milk)
  • Nutmeg / cinnamon

Chop up butter into small bits. Stick everything into a saucepan and slowly bring to boil, stirring continuously.

Low Fat / Low Sugar / Low Effort Version

  • 100 gm fine semolina
  • Couple of squirts of artificial sweetener
  • 1 litre milk
  • liquid vanilla flavour or vanilla essence
  1. In a big bowl, put all the ingredients together and stir.
  2. Put in a microwave oven to bake at maximum power (I used 12 minutes for a 750 Watts oven).
  3. Stop every 3 min to stir and make sure the semolina is not stuck at the bottom.
  4. Let it cool down and store in the fridge or just scoff it all down.
