6:15am Leave (to get park)
7:30am Race start

Race Prep (Evening)

  • Bike pump in car
  • Bike carrier on bike w/ strap
  • Mix up drink for bike
  • Make sure there is milk.

Transition Box

  • Helmet
  • Cycling Shoes
  • Gloves
  • Cycling Vest
  • Towel
  • Facecloth
  • Plain water
  • Paracetamol
  • Sports Drink (for afterwards)
  • Bike drink
  • Sunglasses
  • Sun screen
  • Banana

Beside Bed

  • Snap pants
  • Cycling shorts
  • Running shoes w/ insole
  • Heart rate monitor
  • Singlet
  • Jersey
  • Beanie (if cold)

Race Prep (Morning - at venue)

  • Apply sun screen
  • Check air pressure in bike tires
  • Clean sunglasses
  • Straighten gloves
  • Watch - warm up & Auto pause off
